We have had trouble with the mini since we brought them home. My daughter already had to send hers in to hp for repairs and mine keeps losing the service, and hp customer servive is really awful!
Pros:
great size nice style
Cons:
keeps going off service constant scanning from hp.

You have to be careful when typing because just brushing the touchpad sends the cursor sailing across the screen.

I have called hp service already 5 times and they say there's nothing wrong with the netbook. I asked why I keep getting the blue dump screen and their answer is "not to do windows update on it". that's not the answer I was looking for. Thanks for having a regular laptop at home that really works.

When typing on this model I will end up with data I have no idea how. It like jumps when you type. So I end up with blended sentances. I am a quick typist and this drives me nuts cause I have to type by pecking and not the traditional style. I just assume give it back just cause of this issue.
