“Great Features, Poor Software” Reviewed by RogueKiller , Oxford, Maine on May 13, 2010
I got this phone in September when it first came out... I have loved this phone, but it's had so many issues! Let's just say that I have had to send this phone back for a replacement 3 TIMES! Each time I got a "Certified Like-New Replacement". I will say that Verizon was very good, didn't give me any trouble, and send it via Fedex 2-day shipping. This phone has a great camera, and is fun to use, but if you want the pros, then you gotta take the cons: Poor Battery life, sometimes doesn't last 12 hours, Split screen (the left side of the screen is on the left, and vice-versa), freezing, random shut offs, and I'll be talking on the phone, and it'll just go DEAD! Doesn't even warn me, just shuts off... If you're willing to deal with these things, then this is the phone for you! I have had great signal, by the way! Love Verizon, and always will!
Pros: attractive phone great camera fun features
Cons: short battery life software issues
“Not Bad” Reviewed by Style10 , Yuma, AZ on May 13, 2010
Not a bad touch screen slider with a qwerty keypad. I am pretty amazed with this phone. I have never had a problem with a Samsung phone and I wont buy any other brand. I would recommend this phone.
Pros: display screen sound touch screen
Cons: settings screen saver

“Pushing the screen so much-- just to make a call” Reviewed by sbid , Columbus, Ohio on May 13, 2010
This is NOT my favorite phone. Granted, it's my first touchscreen. But I don't appreciate how many times I have to push the screen to make a call sometimes. Makes me want to go back to my old phone.
Pros: easy way to access the internet.
Cons: short battery life. have to press screen too many times just to make a call.
