Taking the best aspects of the Curve and Bold, BB does it right with the Tour. Although this model sticks with the tried and true trackball, it would not have been difficult for Rim to make the Tour with the track pad. Still one of the best (if not the best) examples of a BlackBerry for Verizon!

Pros:
great looking display loads of features apps! heck its a blackberry!

Cons:
trackball surprisingly lacking battery life

Just up graded to this phone from an env2. I can usually get the battery to last two days with almost constant use of texting/bbm and minimal internet and app use. I am very concious of how much I actually talk on the phone/use the internet so that the battery doesn't diem which I wasn't with my last phone. Even if it does die, the battery fully charges in about an hour and a half. I shut my phone off when I sleep at night, and it turns back on when my alarm goes off at 6:30AM which is a cool feature. The ball gets stuck and the screen lags only when I am texting certain people. The design of where the charger port is placed makes it hard to use the phone when it is charging. I wish it had the 5.0 software update released. The screen is very clear, but the camera looks blurry when taking pictures but once the flash goes off the pictures look decent. The keys could be too small for people with larger fingers but for me they're fine. Putting music on from the computer is easy, and the playing quality is pretty good. Not a fan of the facebook application, having problems with syncing my contacts to facebook. Overall a great phone, I highly recommend it as a first time Blackberry owner!

great phone! I am a faithful Blackberry user and am soooo impressed by the phone! The keyboard is awsome..easy to use...one number per key! you are able to tell if you have voice mail messages or email by asterisks on the icons! would like better voice mail notificationand more character space on the text msgs. speaker is great and browser is faster than my Blackberry8820!
