This is a very disappointing phone. I have had many of the problems listed by other aggravated customers. The processor is too slow to keep up with what this phone tries to do. The internet connectivity is so poor that I am throwing away money on a data package. The processor is not fast enough to load pages at the rate of connectivity that this phone boasts. Because of this, the touchscreen is slow at responding and takes ages to flip to widescreen format. I will be returning this phone, as it has served me little use and has caused me problems with trying to find directions on the spot or trying to look up information while away from my computer. I have only had this phone for two weeks and already the End Call/Power button has fallen off. I gave "Design" 3 stars for looks only - the durability of this phone is weak at best. "Display" gets 3 stars also, for the quality and crispness of the image, even though it is slow at responding - I feel the internal shortcomings are responsible for this, not the resolution and color quality of the display itself. I really thought a low-key smart phone was all I needed, but this one is just non-functional instead of simple. The UI is not very intuitive and I have pocket dialed and left 5-minute long voicemails of the cloth shuffling in my pocket. I will be replacing this phone with an Android phone, mostly for the UI and processor speed. I highly recommend other people to either steer away or to do the same.
Pros:
nice display and good (looking) design
Cons:
everything not listed in the "pros"
