My first Droid/touch screen phone...I'd say I pretty much love it, the FB interface is a bit truncated, haven't figured out the google push for my email yet. Overall I'd recommend it...some bugs for sure, too many freezes.

Pros:
droid os tons of apps verizon nav is awesome w/voice command good vid/pic quality ez uploads

Cons:
some bugs freezes delay in response to touch screen constant power drain you have to kill apps

Overall the phone is good. The Android system rocks. However, It has weird querks like it will randomly have features that cut out. The phone itself is good. I like the keyboard.

Pros:
android system powered by google easy to navigate around the screens

Cons:
has weird querks battery drains if there is too much stuff open
