The touch part has completely stopped working, the camera is lousy all my pictures come out blurry. The battery must constantly get charged in order for this phone to work.

Pros:
love the features lots of screen saver options great for texting

Cons:
low battery life

I have had this phone for almost 2 yrs now & have had to replace it 3 times!!! The screen completely dies the battery life is horrible. The touchscreen usually sticks or hits the wrong buttons often. I do not recommend this phone & can't wait until I can upgrade!

keep insurance on your phone so when the 1 year warrenty is up you can still get your phone replaced

Pros:
a nice looking touch screen phone with a flip open full key board takes great pictures

Cons:
a bit heavy powers on & off by itself touchscreen does not always work

this phone is the absolute WORST phone i have ever used. It has horrible battery life, shuts off when it feels like it, and ALWAYS has some sort of problem. I have to charge it every night and im lucky if it has 3 bars by the time its morning because it does not work properly with the charger and shuts off while its charging or just does not charge. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE BY ANY MEANS!!!!!! ITS HORRRRIBLE.

Cons:
horrible battery life. shuts off randomly. always has problems.
