Not enough room in the "cons" part to list them all. I wish I had kept my 2 year old LG, though I do enjoy a QWERTY keyboard. The short battery life is the biggest drawback. I have to re-charge this phone daily! Sometimes I only talk an hour or so, and text a couple times.
Pros: qwerty keyboard nice red color
Cons: extremely short battery life pic messages have to take time to load zoom for pics doesn't work

I think this phone is okay but I could've done better I think. The phone locks up after EVERY SINGLE function you perform on it, Agghhhh! Keys on keyboard are very small but otherwise, I'm glad it's there. Too many prompts for certain functions like calculator and calendar can seem daunting after a while, even after you are used to it. If you don't need a lot, this phone will work for you.
Pros: qwerty keyboard
Cons: no video lock feature really annoying keys too small

I really wanted to get this phone because you don't need the data pack, but read all of the terrible reviews and was very hesitant. A couple friends of mine have the phone and love it, so I hounded the guy at the Verizon store to make sure that if my phone was junk I could keep exchanging it (for the same phone) without paying any fees until I got one without glitches. I've had it for almost a month and so far so good. I really like the features on the phone, and was glad I could change the main menu to a normal menu instead of the weird picture menu. The battery has lasted a very long time for me...4-5 days I think. It's very easy to use - all of my other phones have been flip phones so the keyboard seemed overwhelming, but now I don't know how I lived without it. The only problem I have is it says I have bad service (always 1x and then a couple lines instead of the two bars) but I don't experience bad service when I talk on it. I'm with Verizon because they have good reception in the foothills where I live, and this phone keeps on working no matter what the display says. I haven't dropped one call yet, and everything sounds nice and clear. I even tested it before I would leave the store to make sure it didn't sound like a tin can like a lot of reviews said. So, I don't know if I got lucky and didn't get a glitchy one, or if my service area is better than where some other reviewers live, but I'm very happy with my phone. I've always loved Samsung phones, and this is no exception.
Pros: easy texting small sturdy
Cons: says low service although never cuts out

The phone works great I went from an LG phone to this phone and I found many more things available and more accessible on the LG phone. If I had the choice again I would definitely choose the LG mainly because I was able to view and save video's (flix)...especially now that my great nephew was born and I keep gettng flix that I can't open
Pros: long battery life easy slide loud when using speaker phone
Cons: no video camera can't view video (flix) sometimes doesn't see my micro sd card
