Samsung Smooth™ in Metallic Grey

This phone frequently starts talking to me requesting a voice command, but it does not understand anything I say. Nothing in the included documentation tells me how to tame this beast of a "feature." I'm pretty much regretting getting this phone.

side keys are way too easy to activate by mistake

The voice command button is located on the outside of the phone. I move around a lot at work and quite often, and unknowingly, activiate this button. I constantly hear my phone 'talking' to me asking to 'please say a command.' It's a feature I don't like. Wish I could trade for another phone. I also have taken many black pictures in my pocket because the camera feature is also located on the same side of the phone.

I need a good telephone for voice communication, and am not interested in texting, pictures, media, etc. I selected this phone because it was highly rated for voice clarity. I discovered that it's design is highly compromised to provide the unused features:There are rocker switches up and down both sides. You can't handle it without activating the camera or readjusting the ring volume. During a call, I'll incidentally touch something and the speaker screeches in my ear.The menu is highly compromised toward the fun and games. You have to scroll past all the clap-trap to get to telephone functions.The command layout in not the least bit intuitive.The voice commands activate themselves for no apparent reason. I'll be driving with the telephone in the consol and it will suddenly squawk "please say a command."

Pros:
decent battery life and voice quality

Cons:
a toy not a telephone

I carry the phone in my pocket and it goes to voice command by itself. Also downloaded music by itself. Can't wait to switch phones.
