Verizon Wireless Escapade® 

The features of this phone were mostly adequate to my needs, but the sound quality was so poor as to make the phone almost unusable in all but the quietest conditions. As long as the speaker or ear slot volume was at medium or below, the sound was clear. But above that, the sound was severely distorted and not that much louder either. Same on both my phone and my husband's same model. We had Verizon switch us back to our two-year old LG phones with much better sound. Because we were outside the 30-day return window, it will be another 15-mos before we're eligible for new phones.

Pros:
long battery life bluetooth connection to my computer

Cons:
extremely poor sound quality

This phone is terrible. It gets horrible reception. At first I thought it was the verizon service. But there were several times I couldnt use my phone, while right next to me verizon users were talking away. You also have no video. I didn't even know they made phones without video capabilities.

Pros:
good pictures battery life

Cons:
no video. keys are two small no reception

Seems like it would be good if I had video.

I would not buy this phone. I had a krzr Motorola phone that that had a very simple high tech phone ringtone that was wonderful. I hate these ringtones that are songs or melodies, very unprofessional. I found the ringtone on the web, but have found no way to load it to the phone.

the ring tone selection is poor and there is no cable that i can connect to my computer to upload.
