I am on my 4th Blackberry with Verizon. I continue to have wacky keyboard issues. Now every time I try to type a space I get the letters "tg." I am growing impatient and am tired of bringing in my phone to have it replaced - only so I can spend hours setting it up again.

the only other thing I would like to know is how to change the ring tone for the messages and my mail.Other than that I think it's really simple to use. I love it! so much better than the samsung glide I had.
Pros:
fits in your hand great. so far the battery life lasts great but my phone is only a week old

i can't figure out how to change the message ringtone
