I think overall this is a good phone, it's been two weeks and I haven't had any issues. It has great call quality which can be an issue with my in my apartment (I have dropped calls on different phones), it has the typical features of a smartphone which is really all I need, email, internet, IM's, data syncing... I love it though. It comes at a good price too, can't beat it. Only thing I can say is I'm charging it a lot. That could be better.
Pros:
good call quality on the go features pricing
Cons:
battery life could be better

Honestly, I have no problems with the phone itself. But it runs Windows Mobile which has crashed and reset itself at least 5 times in the last 2 months. It's horrible. If you get this phone, make sure you use a memory card for backup or you will lose EVERYTHING.(bad ratings are not meant for phone but for the OS)
Pros:
nice phone
Cons:
horrible os

It has a very nice feel to it and is speedy! The speakerphone is actually quite loud. Unlike certain other phones, this one has buttons so you can play NES games on it. You can customize it with an application called CHome and look for SkTools for temporary file cleaning. This time Verizon actually did a very good job with specs and not crippling the device, and even released a WM6.5 upgrade.
Pros:
great form factor bright screen fast
Cons:
not as much attention typically paid to wm standard

This is my first smart phone. I have had it for about 5 months now. I heard it was a good one to begin with. Not bad overall but there are some issues with the phone freezing. I can not always see the text messages when they say I have one, the select button does not always work, need to turn the phone off and on to continue to operate. I use this as my work phone so it does tend to be a bit annoying.
Pros:
easy to use
Cons:
freezes
