This phone is slick with a five row keyboard that makes email and texting a breeze. On my second battery already (4 months). Sadly battery life is less than 2 hours if you use data. The plastic casing is very fragile and will shatter with the slightest impact.
Pros:
slick phone with lots of features
Cons:
short battery life not durable

Use is primarily for work (hospital). Good reception in electrically noisy environment in old, heavy buildings. Fast enough processor to run info heavy tracking programs. Flexible and agile developer community on the web. May have a limited upgrade life of WinMo 6.5. Unsure if it will qualify for 7 :(

I LOVE THIS PHONE! i have had a blackberry and this phone is so much easier to use. the only thing i dont love about this phone is video messages come up really small and that there aren't as many apps for this phone as there are for others and most of them you have to pay for
Pros:
easy to use love the touch screen and the buttons together
Cons:
shorter battery life than what i am use to. have to pay for most apps.

I have had numerous PDA phones starting with the earliest models. I use my phone to sync with our office servers for email, scheduling, contacts (2,000+) and office chat service. I also use it for Internet browsing and as a modem to connect my laptop back to the office. This phone has adequate memory and processing capacity for most tasks and only rarely bogs down. Voice recognition works really well, with over 2,000 contacts I can say "call John Doe" and it responds promptly and generally accurately the first try. My biggest gripe with this device is the interface is very poorly designed. The most common and basic tasks like entering a contact for an email or TXT is very cumbersome with a large contact file. Touch flow interface is worthless. It's pretty but much too limited in functionality. The device only has a touch screen but the functions are designed for a thumb wheel so many operations are cumbersome to perform. My older device the XV6800 had many buttons and it was very quick to use.
Pros:
you look impressive at a cocktail party.
Cons:
for the serious user functionality is sacrificed for looks.
