I got this phone with the craze of the touch feature. Little to be known by me the phone would over heat to the point that I could not use it. Then the phone would freeze up and not allow me to do anything. I absolutely hate this phone and can not wait to get a new phone. Trust and believe it will not be touch anything.

All the volume levels on this phone are low compared to previous phones I've had. The rings are very short and the calls go to voicemail before I have a chance to answer the calls. Not smart for a "smart phone". I'm returning it for something better.
Pros:
very nice design and good internet accessability.
Cons:
ringtones are short and hard to hear.speakerphone is low even at highest volume.
