Battery Life
I have had this phone just over a year now. DON"T BUY THIS PHONE!!! It delays during everything you do. You have to do a hard reset every month to keep it working "OK". Phone will lock in a text and constantly resend it when you send another text to the same person (my wife got the same text over 30 times in a 2-week period). Battery life is lucky to last the day and that is not texting or surfing the web much.
Pros:
i am getting a different phone tomorrow to replace it!!!
Cons:
short battery life delays on everything hard reset necessary every month to keep it functioning

Battery Life
This is a terrible phone. The battery life starts out great but degrades quickly. The GPS only works on WiFi not over the cellular network making it completely useless. The phone crashes periodically and windows mobile is far from ideal.
Pros:
good keyboard and bright screen
Cons:
everything else

The one thing to ruin a perfect phone...locking the phone does NOT lock the volume setting; if the volume switch is accidentally pressed while phone is locked you may not be aware of calls or messages.
Pros:
good keyboard arrangement super-sharp display
Cons:
fairly short battery life volume cannot be locked
