“A Cheaply made phone” Reviewed by , Virginia on January 7, 2010
This phone is the first that has actually "broken". We have had many phones over many years. Only once did we get a bad phone, but none have ever broken. This phone belongs to a user who almost never uses the phone. It remains an a protective carrying case in a purse, Only to be turned on about 2 times per month. Recently, when attempting to turn on, power came, however, the inside screen was cracked making the phone useless. Tell me how this can happen to a phone with such little use, and on the inside screen while in a protective case?
