I was wary when I purchased this phone, but I absolutely love it. I have had no problems with the battery life, and the sound quality is the best of any phone I have. I very rarely hit the mute button while in conversation, though yes it has happened. Pictures appear well on the screen, but when I view them on my computer, the quality is lacking. Also the keys are a little on the small side, but I have adapted to it. Would I purchase this phone again? Absolutely.

Every time you talk on this phone and even slightly press it against your face, features or functions get pressed and activated. Touch pad and even the side buttons are too sensative.I hate this phone.Sure wish I had stayed with my Razr

This phone does not ever stay charged long, and several people will call me and I never know.. It will not come through. Do not get this phone it is a waste of money.

If I knew that the following was going to happen, I would have never selected this phone. I had to change it out twice mainly because it overheated!
