At my location, I get no service on EVDO RA and very little on 1XRTT. The old V620 card worked like a pro in these areas.
Pros:

i had the USB720 model it had a bright blinking green light and I had a hard time watching my movies or TV programs online because of slow connection speeds. I love this one!! The speeds are fast enough that Netflix doesn't keep stopping and say "your Internet speed has slowed adjusting playback to avoid further interruption." And the annoying light is gone, this one has a light red one that doesnt become annoying when working at night.
Pros:
faster connection speeds & blinking light is gone!!
Cons:
nothing yet
