This modem makes wireless computing a pleasure. The upright design takes up little space, unlike my previous modem which stuck straight out. Now, I can easily sit in a chair without the modem getting in the way. It opens and closes easily, and stays closed when in a pocket, purse, etc. The modem is small and fits just about anywhere. Verizon wireless service always connects quickly. (Note: display, features, and battery life are all n/a, however that is not an option, and since I am required to rate them I gave 5 stars since giving only 1 would imply there was a problem.)
Pros:
small size ease of use upright design
Cons:
none
