USB1000 Global USB Modem offers a single global compact USB design. This USB modem works on multiple technology bands eliminating the need to carry two devices. It connects via its Type A USB port, has an external antenna connector and comes with the SIM card pre–installed for GlobalAccess*. Additional perks on this global traveler are auto–connect, 2–way Text Messaging, VPN and NDIS support.
USB1000 also comes with a USB modem extension cable and a cradle for added convenience while on the go.
*SIM Card and Global Feature activated on a Verizon Wireless account enables access to email in GSM Networks while traveling overseas.

Sometimes it works great, sometimes it is dropping connection every 10 mins. I would not recommend.

Have hard time connecting to internet. Must put in and out several times. Would not recommend this to anyone. save your money it is not worth the money. I would give below 1 star but not available. They get you into a contact they charge you to cancel. Yea, they give your 15 days to try, not enough time. I am going to pay cancellation fee to get out of the ridiculous monthly charge.

This little device is awesome! I have had other laptop cards and they all get poor service compared to the verizon card! I love it, as I am able to take my laptop and connect to the internet anywhere.
